If you have ever watched Night at the Museum you know that museums are not boring places to visit and spend your time covering your yawns. Natural History Museums can be amazing places where kids and adults learn and discover the world around them. Kristin from Mama Luvs Books recently took her kids to the Delaware Museum of Natural History. What an amazing place!

After a long drive in the car, this is just what the kids needed. The museum had exhibits of animals, shells, environmental awareness, and dinosaurs. We spent about an hour looking around at the exhibits and learning new things. The kids liked touching the dinosaur fossil. Read more….

  1. My family loves museums too. However, the last time I went to a museum (which was the Natural History Museum in Cincinnati) was as a chaperone for my 5th grade daughter’s field trip. Somehow the group I ended up chaperoning was 7th and 8th grade boys. Interesting. 😉

  2. We love museums, Jolie particularly. Even an art museum she seems to really like to check it all out. Did you know the 19th is international museum day? Everyone should visit their local museum 🙂
